Noah also known as Noah the Elder is the (former) main antagonist of Happy Feet a major character in Happy Feet Two. and false main antagonist and Major character of Tom and Jerry: Happy Feet's movies and tv and Special Theatrical series. He is the mayor of Emperor-Land and the leader of its council of elders. He tries to hold his beloved community together even through increasingly difficult times.
