Leon Malenyev is a Contanan revolutionary, politician, and political theorist who has been serving as head of government of United Contana since 1910. Under his administration, Kontania and then the wider United Contana became a communist state governed by the Contanan Communist Party. He developed the dominant ideological tendency in the modern communist movement, Malenyevism.
