全宇宙支配を目論むゲルマ帝国の魔王。頭部はドクロと角とがモチーフになっている。原作では等身大だったが、巨大なキャラクターとして登場。シリーズ終盤ではスーツアクター方式でも演じられた。なおmixiの『Xボンバー』コミュニティ(ID=84129)に「ゲルマ魔王の中に入っていた」経歴を持つ人物が参加している。
