The news team fake a live broadcast of the FBI raid on the newsroom in order to persuade them to stand down, which works. Charlie is informed by Leona and Reese that in order to keep the company running, they will need to sell ACN to Lucas Pruit (B. J. Novak), a libertarian billionaire. Don meets with the new HR rep, Wyatt (Keith Powell), who believes Don and Sloan are in a relationship. Maggie's segment on the EPA report goes on the air with Will interviewing Richard. However, the interview does not go well, as Richard continually remarks that the effect of human CO2 emissions into the atmosphere is unchangeable. Will, Mac, Charlie, and Rebecca meet with the Attorney General's representative in Washington to discuss Neal's situation, but Will does not offer up any information other than describing how he orchestrated much of the situation himself. At the White House Correspondents' Dinner, Charlie meets with Lucas to discuss buying the network. At the dinner, Mac is approached by a woman named Lily (Clea DuVall) who says, and then confirms, that she is Neal's source. Later at the dinner, Will is subpoenaed to appear before a grand jury.
